1. Promotion Description: By participating in the Contest, each entrant accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of Smart Bubble Gum. Smart Bubble Gum is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the contest. Entrants should look solely to Smart Bubble Gum with any questions, comments or problems related to the contest.
2. Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of the United States. Children who want to enter may have their legal guardian help them with the entry form. The sponsor and members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter the contest or win a prize.
3. Winner Selection: The 10 chosen winners of the Contest will be selected based on our requirements on our contest page. All requirements must be fulfilled to be chosen as a winner. The winners will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information on or about 48 hours after winners are chosen. Potential winner must accept by email as directed by Sponsor within 7 days of notification. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in another winner chosen.
4. Prizes: Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Cash prizes will be awarded via the “Cash App” on the iPhone and Android. Participants must download this free app in order to receive their cash prize.
5. Online Entry: Enter the Contest during the Promotion Period online by filling out the entry form and perform the tasks provided. Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, will void that entrant’s Entries and that entrant may be disqualified.
6. Privacy: All entrants acknowledge that if they entered the contest and submitted their write-ups, Smart Bubble Gum has the rights to publish these on our website and send out in emails. All personal information submitted as part of the Contest will not be shared with any Third Party.
7. Limitation of Liability: Smart Bubble Gum is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the users or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest. If the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including any technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Smart Bubble Gum, then Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
